In 1979, the company setup its first Rolling mill and followed it up with a massive programme of verticals and horizontal integration, there by commissioning: Wire Rod Rolling Mill (1982-83), Induction furnaces (1985-86), Oxygen Plant (1989), Steel Wire Drawing Unit (1991), Tyre Bead Wire Unit (1993), Electric Arc Furnace(1995).
